completed training and National Certification as a Physician Assistant and has worked in
Neurosurgery, Cardiovascular surgery and currently Geriatrics. He is employed by Advanced
Heart and Lung Surgeons Inc. in Dayton, Ohio (part time) and Clyo Internal Medicine (full time)

Family
Bro. Jason found the love of his life, Sadonna, at church. Their mutual love for the Lord
immediately bonded them with great similarities. They have been married since 1998 and have
been blessed with three healthy, active children. Their parents remain active supports in
their lives encouraging them to keep God the priority in their life.
The Lord's Church In My Life
I had the pleasure of being raised by two faithful Christian parents who were always very
active in their local congregations and personal work. Home teaching and family example led
me to respond to the Gospel and become a Christian at a young age. I was put to work in
leading roles of worship as a youth, preparing me for preaching at many congregations
throughout West Virginia and Ohio. My family and I were instrumental in starting a local
congregation in the Marietta-Reno, Ohio area where both my and Sadonna’s family currently
attend. My initial plan was to move to Kettering temporarily for schooling and then return
to Marietta shortly thereafter. We decided to make our home in Kettering and with the
congregation at Bigger Road after finding the family of Christians there provided the
encouragement, teaching, and faith growing environment we have always desired.
Deacon's Role
As a deacon at the church of Christ in Kettering his primary role is integrating new members
(to the Kettering family) into our local work as well as publishing our pictorial directory,
managing gospel meetings, leading the visitation program, and maintaining the picture board.
He also assists the elders in varied tasks as assigned, including: following up on the sick,
fulfilling individual needs, and occasional pulpit preaching. He also leads a group in active
communication with an assigned missionary to make sure we are meeting any of their needs.
