Background

Brother Jim Rutter was born and raised just outside Steubenville, Ohio. He then lived in Pennsylvania, California, Kentucky, and moved here to Kettering in 1997. He currently works at DRT as a machinist, doing programming, set-up and running of a variety of CNC machines.

Family

Bro. Jim has been happily married to his wife, Diane, since 1987. God has blessed them with 3 beautiful girls. They are all attending Kettering schools.

The Lord's Church In My Life

In 1986, while living in California, I was baptized into Christ in Lake Tahoe. That was the start of great things to come. The Lord has been the strength of my life and the focus of my marriage and the raising of my children.

Deacon's Role

Bro. Jim has been a deacon for the Kettering congregation since 1998. His primary role is the financial responsibilities for the church. He has enjoyed working for this great group of Christians.
